I am Tajané Crumpler. As a Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of relationships and personal growth. With my background and experience, I specialize in:

• Couples Therapy: Assisting partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering deeper connections.
• Family Therapy: Working with families to address dynamics, improve relationships, and support each member’s well-being.​
• Individual Therapy: Supporting clients in managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I utilize a blend of evidence-based practices, including Collaborative Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My approach is client-centered, focusing on each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I have worked in various settings, including private practice, community mental health centers, and schools. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. My diverse background allows me to understand and address a wide range of issues.

I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and collaboration. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make positive changes.

I am Dr. Rhonda Sturdivant, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Behavioral Health with over 10 years of practice experience.  I have 15+ years of clinical experience working with the Veteran population,  adults, children & adolescents. I have worked in the inpatient and outpatient settings, providing direct care to diverse populations.  My passion is helping individuals overcome behavioral and mental health blocks to aid in improved management of their comorbid health conditions, aiming for improved health, wellness, and quality of life. 

Through River Rise, LLC, I offer supportive therapy to aid in the increase of individual problem-solving skills, strengthening interpersonal relationships, building communication skills, improving coping strategies, and conflict resolution. Fostering a positive therapeutic relationship with each client is the foundation of treatment. I believe that it is important to meet the client where they are and create a treatment plan that is tailored to meet the client's needs. I strive to work alongside my clients while working towards resolutions and creating opportunities for growth.
